How do I transfer my prescriptions to Brock Street Pharmacy?
Call, text, or WhatsApp us at (289) 989-1925, email pharmacybrockstreet@gmail.com, or just drop by with the name of your current pharmacy. That's all we need: we contact them, move every prescription, sync your refill dates, and set up your insurance billing. It typically takes under two minutes of your time.
Do you accept my insurance plan?
We bill all major Ontario drug plans directly, including the Ontario Drug Benefit (ODB). Bring your card on your first visit — or send us a photo over WhatsApp — and you'll never have to file a paper claim.
What can your pharmacists treat under the minor ailments program?
Ontario pharmacists can assess and prescribe for common conditions such as pink eye, urinary tract infections, cold sores, insect bites, and more — covered by OHIP. Walk in with your health card; no doctor's appointment needed.
Do I need an appointment for vaccinations?
Walk-ins are welcome for flu shots and routine vaccinations. For travel health consultations, call or WhatsApp ahead so we can review your itinerary and have the right vaccines ready.
Can you organize my medications by dose?
Yes — we prepare blister packs that sort your medications by day and time, and we sync your refills so everything renews together. It's ideal for anyone managing multiple prescriptions.
